AutoBinck Holding N.V.'s history goes back to 1907, with the import of Mercedes passenger cars from its base in The Hague in The Netherlands, where its head office is still located. Its presence in Central Europe dates from as early as 1930, when AutoBinck became the official Skoda importer for The Netherlands.
