Under circumstances when your vehicle is immobilized as a result of a failure or traffic accident, utilized the „assistance” card, located with the registration document and contact Business Lease „assistance”. Business Lease „assistance” is open 24 hours each day.
The telephone number is (022) 205 50 78 (the call can also be made collect).
Services included as part of assistance:
- roadside repairs
- assistance in changing a tire
- transport of the vehicle to the nearest service station
- lodging in a hotel
- rental of a replacement vehicle
- mobility guarantee (continuation of trip or return to location of residence).
