Fuel Pass

Depending on the service package your employer chooses, Business Lease will provide you with a fuel pass with a PIN code, which can be used to fill your car’s fuel tank at petrol stations throughout Poland. Your employer will also determine whether you receive a domestic or an international tank pass.

 

It is very important that you enter the proper mileage each time you fuel up, as the lease contract is based on the number of kilometers that you drive.

 

We advise that you do not keep the PIN code and the fuel pass in the same place. In case you lose your fuel pass, with or without the PIN code, you can block the pass by contacting Business Lease. You can also order a new fuel pass from Business Lease.

 

If you lose only the PIN code, please report the loss to Business Lease. We will then send a PIN code to your private address as soon as possible.

 

 

Regardless of the type of fuel pass, notify Business Lease. Immediately after receiving this information, a duplicate card will be ordered. The supplier of fuel pass has approximately 10 days to fulfill the order. After receiving the duplicate, a Business Lease employee will contact you in order to coordinate a deadline for returning a malfunctioning card and sending a new, operational fuel pass, to the direct address of the user. 

The PIN code for a fuel pass is always provided via telephone, after verifying user data!

 

The fuel limit on the fuel pass is strictly related to the annual number of kilometers driven, anticipated and calculated in the Lease Agreement. This limit is always increased by 10-15%, connected with the possibility of exceeding contract guidelines.
