Additional information

All necessary information on the manner of utilizing the vehicle, its technical specifications and installed additional equipment are described in the vehicle operating instructions, provided by the manufacturer or importer. 

A powder extinguisher and a warning triangle constitute standard equipment and should be located in each vehicle. 

All additionally installed vehicle accessories, constituting part of the lease agreement, remain the property of Business Lease and shall not be removed prior to returning the vehicle to Business Lease. 

Additional accessories and equipment may only be installed in the vehicle after obtaining the consent of Business Lease. Upon returning the vehicle, such items can only be removed when this will not cause visible damage. 

Together with your employer, Business Lease has established an annual kilometer allowance, limited to the amount specified in the lease agreement. Information on the annual kilometer limit is included in the delivery-acceptance protocol. Under circumstances when it is anticipated that the annual kilometer allowance will be exceeded, inform your employer. 

If you notice that the odometer in your vehicle is not operating properly, immediately notify Business Lease of such circumstances. The quantity of kilometers driven during the failure will be calculated on the basis of the average number of kilometers driven by your vehicle.
